Freedom Law School

In the third part of a series on the history of Freedom Law School, founder Peymon Mottahedeh discusses his long-standing legal battles with the IRS. He details various instances of investigation and litigation, including a criminal investigation initiated in 1994 and a significant tax court case involving an alleged $700,000 assessment that was ultimately zeroed out. Mottahedeh provides commentary on his experiences with tax court judges, IRS agents, and the use of Bureau of Labor Statistics in tax assessments. The presentation concludes with an exhortation to choose truth over fear and the ultimate solution.
